Ads or unlocks are not working
Check your internet connection, make sure the app is allowed to access the network, then try again after a moment. Beasties unlock only after a rewarded ad completes, so if an ad is not ready yet, TapCat will keep trying and ask you to try again shortly.
Unlocked beasties disappeared
TapCat unlocks are session based. They stay available while the app remains open, and reset when the app closes.
Cat play guidance
Keep play supervised, remove the phone if your cat claws or bites the device, and use a sturdy case or screen protector.
Kitty Friends photos
Kitty Friends photo uploads and the gallery are available inside the TapCat iPhone app. Photos are reviewed before they appear to other players.
Live kitty count
The app may show an aggregate count of active TapCat play sessions. It can take a moment to refresh when the network is busy.
